The seasonally adjusted annual rate of sales rose 0.5% from October to 4.13 million, though overall sales remained 1.0% below levels recorded in November 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Regionally, the gains were uneven. Sales rose in the Northeast and South, held steady in the West, and declined in the Midwest.
